Thursday Morning, New Jersey Transit and Amtrak trains were delayed due to Ricardo, a Texas Longhorn, on the track in Newark, NJ's Penn Station. Named for the officer who helped corral him, Ricardo seemed to enjoy frolicking on Track 2 and being the center of attention!
