...that the Long Island Rail Road saw one of Tim's concepts and decided to make it happen! LI #521, a 1999-built EMD DM30AC has been painted in the America250 scheme seen above, which was developed by the innovative artist. If there is anything that typifies the best about America--one man making a difference--this is it! #USA
