A Pakistani passenger train carrying military personnel and family members was attacked by a suicide bomber in the province of Balochistan. A terrorist group, the Baloch Liberation Army claimed credit for the attack, which took place when an automobile stocked with explosives ran into the train.
This attack comes as the country continues to grapple with both internal unrest and plays a role in the international peace process related to the Iran military conflict.
