All Things Trains' very own Chief Rail Enthusiast, Phil Bell, was published in the Washington Examiner for his passionate opposition to the Railway Safety Act. This op-ed is not only significant for laying out a point-by-point case for why the Railway Safety Act will not bring any form of safety to America's railways, but it's also significant because Phil is a life-long fan of President Trump, actively supports his Administration, and was an Alternate Delegate to both the 2020 and 2024 Republican National Conventions.
